Unsure if entirely functional w/ the more obscure scripts, but not

Requires traditional cpp support and is broken in all sort of ways
with clang-cpp / -E.
Ideally these packages need to be built another way or last rited,
imake will just accumulate more problems.
wrt #870793 this gets further but still many implicit declaration
issues with clang16.

Ideally these packages need to be built another way or last rited,
imake will just accumulate more problems (this one notably has a
Makefile.noIm which haven't tried).
wrt #739154 package is still severely broken, moreso with >=clang16.

Requires traditional cpp support and is broken in all sort of ways
with clang-cpp / -E. Can still use clang & friends for everything else.
Ideally these packages need to be built another way or last rited,
imake will just accumulate more problems.

They were resolved in commit 5d3c0353660 ("games-board/iagno: Fix for
vala 0.50.4 regression") but the commit did not remove the restrictions
themselves.
Also bump to EAPI=8 while we're here.

As noted in ebuild comment, the LTO issue is actually fixed upstream,
but it's awkward to get patches out of CVS, and when I did for this
paritcular change, it didn't apply b/c lots of changes since last
release.
Not worth the effort for now -- filter until next release.

We can use selective fetch restriction in EAPI 8, therefore the
"nofetch" slot is no longer necessary.
