Tempting to just drop support for using glslang directly given
that package changes things around all the time while shaderc
wraps around these changes for us. It's also what upstream
defaults to.
Albeit does require keywording shaderc on more arches if going
for that (aka arm64 for one wrt bug #941968).

- Accept dev-qt/qttools:6[assistant] alternatively to dev-qt/qthelp:5
- Rename IUSE qthelp to qch (same as dev-qt/qt-docs), if it must be !doc
- Drop IUSE man (saves no deps, just brings bad REQUIRED_USE UX)
- Enable COIN_BUILD_AWESOME_DOCUMENTATION (we already depend on Doxygen)
- Drop IUSE javascript
- ebuild style

Upstream reverted the ${PV} soname and packages built against
8.15.2 do not seem to need a rebuild, so go back to SLOT=0/42.

There's a bunch of UBSAN issues in openfec and it shows up as roc-toolkit's

Fix missing headers and libraries.
Compiling from inside the 'python' sub-directory doesn't set ${S} as
the top source directory, missing required headers and libraries.
