dev-libs/libgit2-glib: Bump to 0.27.7
The new version introduces libgit2-0.27.* support (without dumping 0.26*
compatibility) and apparently fixed pkg-config file. The current
version of gitg would probably work just fine if not for enforced
libgit2-glib version constraint.
