Added dependency on ftpbase - fixes #96258
Changed default options of /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.something to /etc/vsftpd/something - exception is /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf This makes is more consistent with the default vsftpd installation. Default log file is now /var/log/vsftpd.log - which is the package default Default PAM service name is now ftp again Package-Manager: portage-2.0.51.19
