dev-perl/BSON: Bump to version 1.12.2
- Fix DESCRIPTION to include EOL notices ( though we'll likely continue
supporting it in gentoo long after upstream does, and there's still
scope for somebody to adopt this, just MongoDB have decided *they*
will stop supporting it )
- Add Test-Exception as test dep, even though its a weak dependency used
in a legacy test, having this improves test coverage, and doesn't
radically affect keywording.
Upstream:
- Declare BSON to be EOL'd, but with explicit permission to fork (even
though its license made that implied)
