  Bump to version 0.14. Drop gant theme as it is part of MythTV distribution
  now.

  mythtv-themes-0.11.ebuild, mythtv-themes-0.13.ebuild:
  Bump 0.13 to stable x86. Remove no-longer valid themes. Added
  RESTRICT=nomirror so we avoid digest problems. Fixes bug #37159.
