  PaX has moved homepages to http://pax.grsecurity.net. This change was
  reflected in the upstream version of the chpax-0.6 release after it's initial
  release... so our mirror's see a bad chpax md5sums. A -q flag was also added
  for use in shell scripts to be a little less verbose with error reporting
