Version bump, and overdue cleanup. Drop kvm USE flag (qemu will work with both, no special support is needed for that). Bump libxml2 requirement to 2.7.6 so that Relax-NG schema validation is performed correctly. Restrict tests as they seem to be broken especially in release.
