As decided in the Council meeting on 2019-11-10, all meeting summaries
added after this date are licensed under the Creative Commons
Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-SA-4.0) [1].

The above also applies retroactively to the summaries of all previous
meetings except 2009-07-20, 2010-01-18, 2010-02-08, and 2010-03-08,
as acknowledged by their respective authors. Consult bug 700364 [2]
for details.

The Gentoo Council does not claim copyright for the raw IRC logs.
Depending on jurisdiction, they may or may not be copyrightable.

Logs and summaries are signed using the following command:
  gpg -u larry@gentoo.org --detach-sign --armor yyyymmdd.txt
