- Use EUMM instead of Module::Install
- Add as_bytes and from_bytes functions to BigInt
- Fix implementation of from_{hex,oct,bin}

Upstream:
- All mathematical methods except ->blog() no longer accept `undef` as operands.
- Add _lcm function to Math::BigInt::Lib
- Remove internal __lcm()
- BigInt and BigFloat can now use bgcd() and blcm() as class-methods.
- Prefer getting config values via `->config('name')` instead of `->config()->{name}`
- Lock tests to their target libraries

This is added for staging and testing purposes, but is unlikely
to be unmasked until deemed necessary to avoid complications with
virtual management
- Add USE=examples
- Purge lots of toxic, slow, authortests.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
