The NRPE systemd service is "simple," which means that it runs in the
foreground. As a result, no PID file is needed to later kill it.
Nevertheless, the systemd service file that ships with NRPE tries to
create one. And in order to do that, it messes with some permissions
(Gentoo bug 648992) that shouldn't be messed with. This commit adds a
patch to remove the PID file from the service.
A related problem that this revision fixes is the automagic detection
of the operating system, distribution, and init system by the NRPE
autotools. The new revision hard-codes all of these to "unknown,"
which should result in behavior that is consistent across machines. In
particular, it should cause the problematic tmpfiles.d entry
(associated with the PID file) to not be installed.

The nagios-plugins build system (m4/np_mysqlclient.m4) looks for the
mysql_config program, and so per bug 665952, we should be depending on
dev-db/mysql-connector-c instead of virtual/mysql at build time. This
has the -- as far as I can tell, correct -- side effect of removing
the MySQL server stuff from RDEPEND.

The ndoutils build system (m4/np_mysqlclient.m4) requires the
mysql_config program at build time but doesn't require any of the
other server files to be present Per bug 665954, I've replaced the
virtual/mysql DEPEND with dev-db/mysql-connector-c.
The mysql virtual is still used in RDEPEND because, as far as I know,
either server is still supported at runtime regardless of the client
library in use.
In an unrelated change, two symlinks were made relative to please
repoman. Their targets were also made executable, since otherwise
you can't run them via the symlinks.
