profiles: unmask dev-build/meson[test]
This mask is pretty old. I am not 100% sure I buy that it was that simple back in the day, but I think we are in a better position now anyway. Regardless: - meson has graceful skipping of tests, today - the build handles known test issues, today - arch testing teams would very much like this to not be masked and I agree and sympathize - meson has recently added an upstream Gentoo CI runner For all these reasons, I think we should commit to testing this package regularly again.
