dev-lang/coffee-script: add maintainer-needed comment to metadata.xml.
Come on guys, it's 2020. Do we really need to enforce an untyped in-comment string format to convey important metadata when the same typed xml metadata is already present in the file? Just use $ xmllint --xpath '/pkgmetadata/maintainer' metadata.xml instead of $ grep maintainer-needed metadata.xml This is stupid.
