${VHOST_ROOT}/${PN}-${PVR}/etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm

NOTE:

Some file locations have changed. Everything is now installed into
${VHOST_ROOT}. RT executables are no longer in /usr/bin
You may need to modify your existing configuration files accordingly.
