LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user,
and the Author regarding use of the software accompanying this Agreement ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms
of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or
use the Software.

This license agreement applies to both Mercury and dMSN.

The Software may be copied freely under the following conditions:

    * The distribution file, this program and any of the accompanying files may not be
      changed without authorisation from the Author.
    * The java sources are not provided along with the Software, neither are you allowed to
      derive the java sources from the java classes without authorisation from the Author.
